When I am carrying out work on your premises I ensure that

I protect myself and you the customer from any accidents.

All aspects of heath and safety are looked at and I am fully insured for any accidents that may occur.

I have public liability insurance and a copy of it is always available for you to look at.

When working on your property I ensure that all tooling is kept safe and I make sure the work area

cannot create any slip trip or fall hazards

I have carried out the cscs health and safety course where this also enables me to work

on building sites, in schools and hospitals

I am also risk assessment trained so I can analyse the work area to see If there are any hazards

For your piece of mind I have carried out a disclosure:

I carry a copy on the van of my disclosure which is clear.

A Disclosure is a document containing impartial and confidential criminal history information held by the police and government departments.

Disclosure information could include:

• Details of criminal records.
• Information about a persons inclusion on children's or adults' lists.
• Other relevant information held by a local police force or Government Body.
• Or state that there is no information.
